Shipping

Each item is handcrafted in my studio.

Please allow 4-7 days for me to make & ship your order.
Standard Shipment from ISRAEL takes up to 14  Business days overseas. (Europe & US)
The package can be delayed in the event of holidays or bad weather, If you have not received the package after 30 days please contact us and we will figure it out. 
Tacking number will be provided once the package is shipped out, follow the tracking number to ensure the package arrives to you on time. 

If you must have your item within a certain date contact us and we can discuss express shipping options. Express shipping is between 18$-50$ depending on the weight of the package and the country of residence.

***Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs***

Returns

If for some reason you are not happy with the purchase, please let us know so we can do our best to make you feel better! If you wish to return your purchase, please send it back within 14 business days of receiving it and provide us a tracking number. We will send you a full refund through PayPal (not including shipping costs) , after We will get the item back in the same condition we sent it.
